Welcome to Renew | Prosper™ (“we,” “us,” “our”). We provide coaching, consulting, assessments, and downloadable tools to help solopreneurs and small business owners improve clarity, strategy, and performance in their business and life.

By accessing or using our website, courses, membership areas, downloadable materials, or other services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must stop using our Services immediately.

1.1 Coaching & Consulting

 1.2 Digital & Downloadable Tools

We provide access to tools such as templates, worksheets, assessments, AI prompts, guides, and other downloadable resources (“Tools”).
When you access or purchase these Tools, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your personal or internal business purposes only. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Tools
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without our written consent
• Use the Tools in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms

All Tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

2. Intellectual Property

All content we provide—including text, graphics, logos, videos, Tools, coaching materials, and assessments (“Platform Content”)—is our property or the property of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed in these Terms.

3. Fees, Payments & Refunds 

3.1 Fees

Some Services require payment. Prices are shown on our website and are subject to change, but any changes will not affect Services you have already purchased.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment details, you authorize us (and our providers) to process the payment and applicable taxes or fees.

3.3 Refunds

Because our Services include digital products and personalized consulting, refunds are generally not available. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents access, you may contact us at [support email] within 7 days for review.

4. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

8. Miscellaneous

• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of future enforcement.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us.
• Assignment: We may assign these Terms to another entity; you may not assign without our consent.
