Start with document 1. Just read it. It takes ten minutes and it tells you exactly what everything else is for.

Then read one of the examples — Jake or Sarah, whichever business feels closer to yours. By the time you finish those two documents you will understand the whole system. That is by design.

From there, the Interview is waiting for you.

Some people sit down and power through it in an afternoon. If you already know your business cold — your competitive advantage, your ideal client, where you are headed — you can complete the entire system in two to three hours.

Most people take a little longer. Not because the questions are hard, but because this may be the first time in a while you have slowed down to really think. Where do you actually want to go? What does your business look like in two years? What are you not willing to give up to get there?

A lot of people spend a whole weekend on that. Then they come back, fill out the Interview, and it goes quickly.

Either way is right. There is no deadline. The system will be here when you are ready.
